This Raptor came in with just 233.1 km on the clock, so we kept things sensible with a mild Stage 1 ECU calibration, giving it a little more performance while keeping the fresh motor in mind. A brand-new Raptor, properly set up from the start.

Stage 1 & smoke leak test
↗On the dyno our technicians heard a sound and suspected an exhaust leak. A smoke leak test found it; we fixed it, then carried on with the Stage 1 upgrade.
15 Sep 2026Turbo rebuild · power restored
↗Serious power loss. After a full diagnostic scan and smoke test, the turbo went for specialist inspection and came back rebuilt: new central housing and rotating assembly, variable vane nozzle set and a billet compressor wheel, then balanced, pressure tested and flow-bench tested.
